The plan was to turn this old clock into an awesome beach scene there was just one problem\u2026 Dollar Tree didn\u2019t have the ONE thing I was planning on using. \ud83d\ude02 So I had to completely change the plan, experiment with techniques I\u2019d never tried before, and figure it out as I went.<\/p>\n<p>Can super cheap art supplies actually create something that looks expensive? You might be surprised by how this one turned out!<\/p>\n<p>I spent a grand total of only $20.25 on these Dollar Tree art supplies! (we&#8217;re not going to talk about the numbers I used for the clock).
