🥯 Jalapeno Cream Cheese
* Cut off ends of jalapenos, then cut in half.
* Remove seeds and interior, coat in olive oil, then broil in an oven for 4-5 minutes. Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap to cool.
* Remove skin from jalapenos, dice into small pieces.
* Add sliced jalapenos, 8 oz. block of cream cheese, and half cup of shredded cheddar to a bowl to mix. Add half tsp. of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, adjusting to taste. Mix thoroughly.
* Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Cover and keep in fridge for up to five days.
