今回は、10mm角の角材と直径10mmのルータービットを使い、4枚の板をまとめて同時に加工しました。

おそらく、これまでで最も速くボックスジョイントを加工できた方法です。

最初の面は当て木を使わなかったため多少の欠けが発生しましたが、反対側ではマスキングテープを貼ることで欠けを抑えられました。

再現性と実用性はありますが、樹種によっては欠けを抑えるために、もう少し改善の余地がありそうです。
