1. Avocado Parmesan Spread
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Mash the avocado with a fork.
2. Add the Greek yogurt, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve as a spread, dip, or sauce.

Ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 can tuna, drained
3 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp cream cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Finely chop the eggs and sun-dried tomatoes.
2. Add the tuna, dill, lime juice, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
